Welcome to Yagi Auto Rental! By booking or renting a vehicle through our service, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Renters must be at least 21 years old.
A valid driver’s license is required at the time of booking and must be presented at vehicle pickup. A credit or debit card in the renter’s name must be used for payment and security deposit.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A security deposit may be held on the renter’s payment method until the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and comply with all traffic laws.
The vehicle must only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers approved by Yagi Auto Rental.
Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Off-road driving or racing
Using the vehicle for commercial purposes (e.g., ride-sharing) without prior approval
Towing, transporting hazardous materials, or overloading the vehicle
Renters are responsible for any damages, theft, or loss that occur during the rental period. Yagi Auto Rental offers optional insurance coverage that renters may purchase at the time of booking. In the event of an accident, renters must immediately report it to Yagi Auto Rental and follow the instructions provided.
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location in the same condition as received. Late returns may be subject to additional fees per hour past the return time. A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup. No-shows or cancellations after the rental period begins are non-refundable.
Any traffic or parking violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. Unpaid fines may be charged to the renter’s payment method, including administrative fees. Any damage to the vehicle caused by reckless or unauthorized use may result in additional repair costs and penalties.
Yagi Auto Rental reserves the right to cancel or terminate a rental agreement if the renter violates these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Yagi Auto Rental may collect and store customer information for verification and service purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
