Yagi Auto Rental Cancellation Policy

At Yagi Auto Rental, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for renters.

Guest Cancellations

If you cancel a reservation 24 hours or more before the trip start time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip starts time, you may be charged a cancellation fee based on the rental duration and timing. No-shows or cancellations after the trip start time may result in a non-refundable charge.


Host Cancellations

If a host needs to cancel a reservation, Yagi Auto Rental encourages them to do so as early as possible to avoid disruptions for guests. Frequent cancellations by a host may lead to penalties, including temporary or permanent removal from the platform.


Refunds & Exceptions

Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable fees.
Special circumstances (such as extreme weather or emergencies) may qualify for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
